Where did I put it??

Yesterday I was messing around with my computer. Heather asked me what I was doing. I said “I’m trying to fix a problem. My pc says it can’t see my printer!” She said. “That doesn’t surprise me. Your office is a disaster. I can’t see your printer either!”

I’ll admit, I do have a pretty messy office at home. But I’m one of those people who can find anything in a hurry. It drives Heather crazy. In my defense, we’ll get a lot of mail, some hers and some mine. She doesn’t even open hers and she piles them on my desk. Not fair!

It got so bad a few years ago that they shot an episode of ‘Hoarders’ in that room only. Maybe I should invest in an in and out basket and a shredder. That way I can scan all inbox documents, save them to the cloud and my backup hard drive too. Gadzookes! Am I becoming a nerd? I just wrote ‘Gadzookes’!

I’m just saying that unless you’re severely OCD, I’m guessing you have at least one room in your house that is a mess. A closet maybe? A pantry? A laundry room? Aha! I’ve got it. Your kids bedroom? The kitchen? Garage? You’ve gotta be hiding at least one room that you omit from a tour of the house. 1. One room in my house that is a mess … did you say “ONE room”???? EVERY room in my house resembles your office! In fact … your bookshelves are far neater than any of mine! Oh … and congratulations on your 3rd blogging anniversary! Here’s to another 30!
