I used to believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. As I grow older, I believe exclusively in the Tooth Fairy. She’s the only one that makes sense.
There’s no way I can believe in a jolly old elf that can make his way to every house, hut and shelter around the globe in one night. Absurd! Or a Bunny hopping all over the place hiding eggs and delivering baskets with candy. I know! Give me a break.
Mr. Sandman? He should be behind bars! Putting sand in people’s eyes will cause irreparable damage and should be punished to the full extent of the law! What a jerk. The man in the moon? He’s ok, I guess. At least all he does is give love advice.
The Tooth Fairy is completely believable. She doesn’t have to travel around the world in one night because not everyone loses a tooth on the same day. Plus, aside from meth heads and adults who get a set of man made choppers, which she’s not contractually obligated fiscally, it’s mostly only kids she has to visit. Easy peasy.
