Yesterday I received an invitation to the very exclusive Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte patch. Who knew? It’s underground so it’s impossible to find. I was taken there while blindfolded and left by the side of the road to find a ride home.
It was well worth it all to get a fresh Pumpkin Spice Latte. I love them! I’ve been criticized by men in the past who called it a ‘sissy’ drink, but I don’t care. I like what I like and will have what I want no matter what anyone says.
I get them with full fat milk and whip cream too. If I’m going to splurge once in a while, it’s gonna be good! I’ve tried them with nonfat milk and no whip cream and found it disgusting. Gross. And it’s the same price! I’ve lost 19 pounds in the past 6 months just eating what I want. Truth. I find if I don’t deny myself of things I enjoy, I don’t want them as often.
No diet, just eating what I want, whenever I want. No kidding, it’s easy. Outside of a treat once in a while, food is simply fuel for the body. Nothing more, nothing less. When I’m hungry, I eat a little something. When I’m not, I don’t. Simple. Except now I need to get another invitation to the pumpkin spice latte patch again. I’ll keep you posted.

I am partial to the Salted Caramel Frappuccinos at Starbucks. Now I want to try something Pumpkin Spice. I think I’ll go tomorrow. lol
