Somebody Help Me!!!!!

I was in a store recently and asked the manager if they were in need of more associates. She said, “No, I’m afraid we have all of the people we need right now.” I said, “Ok, I understand. In that case, could you get one of them to HELP ME???”

I know that some people are angry about self checkout registers at grocery stores because they cause people to lose their jobs. I don’t feel the same way. If you were the decision maker, you would, no doubt, let the least productive people go and keep your best, right? Non productive employees cost the company money.

I want to take it a step further. I want to have self service IRS audits. Imagine how much better the experience would be. You could even argue with yourself if you wanted to. “Where are the receipts for this credit you’re taking?” “I don’t know!” “Well you can’t take the credit without a receipt.” “#%*@$1!” That would be fun!

I order our groceries on line and have them delivered. I love it! The process is so simple! The service I use has the ‘shopper’ in constant communication with me through text messages. If they need to substitute an item, they’ll text me for approval. They let me know when they are close. It’s awesome.

I think the only drawback is that I’m sure they send you the items with the nearest expiration date. That’s what I would do. I’ve only had good poisoning six times since using the service, so I’m sure it’s not their fault…

  1. On line can be a gamble.. That happened to us, I mean 2 or 3 days….but 3 weeks?? AND how do I know they were really out of stock and sent the nearest substitute, how do I know they are not shifting surplus stock???
(I would get really angry, if the alternatives were not better than the originals we ordered…..curse their cleverness)
