I resolve to take more naps, watch more TV and use my phone more often. I know! If you lower the bar far enough, you’ll never be disappointed. Wish me luck!
I suspect that January is the biggest sales month for exercise equipment, AKA clothing builder and dust collector. They are impulse buys that are purchased with great intentions but when we discover that the pounds do not come off from simply staring at the equipment.
So it sits in the basement. Silly. At least sell the stuff or return it and buy Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig instead. Sure, I’d tire not disciplined enough to execute the maintenance plan the weight will come back. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Let’s face it. We all know that New Years resolutions almost never work out. I think real motivation comes from within no matter what time of the year it may be.now if you’ll excuse me, I need to perform one resolution. I’m going to take a nap.

They seem productive enough. Phone & TV use keeps people in work, and naps allows you to build up energy to use the phone and watch the TV. I call that being a good and responsible citizen.

We can all contribute to Society and the Community in our different ways. All we need to avoid is being smug about it
